I’ve been going to 12.6 Lounge for over a year now. I first heard about the location and decided to check it out for myself, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The ambiance is amazing, the music is on point, and the customer service is excellent. I met the waitress Tanya, and she truly made the experience memorable. Every time I visit, I look for her because her service is consistently great. Overall, the entire staff is wonderful—the bartenders included. They really make you fee
I had a great experience thanks to my server, Oneil. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The food and drinks were excellent, and his positive attitude and great service made the experience even better. He checked in regularly without being intrusive and made me feel very welcomed. Outstanding customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have Oneil as my server again.
