We recently visited Animo for the second time with some friends and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The fish tacos and guac were easily some of the best I've ever had.. fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Had a great authentic Mexican breakfast at Animo! It reminded me of being back in Mexico. We had our 8:45am reservation and called to let them know we’d be late; they were so accommodating and told us not to worry. First thing that hits you when you walk in is the beautiful color scheme and large tables!!! I loved all the space we had to place our items as the meal progressed. We decided to try this rather new restaurant for dinner just after they added more space. It is now a rather large space. Limited seating on the right as you enter. Going left passed the bar, there is a large dining area. Busy place and a bit noisy. We ordered a variety of dishes including enchiladas and seafood. All members of our group reported that dishes were very tasty and well cooked. Of course we started with chips and dips and Mexican beer.
