Stopped by to get khinkali and khachapuri. The place was packed, but everyone was just sitting and waiting — clearly the workflow is not organized at all. I asked about the wait time and was told around 20 minutes for takeout. I ordered frozen khinkali (2 dozens) and two khachapuri, paid in full and added a 20% tip. Came back after 30 minutes, got in the car and realized they only gave me one khachapuri. Went back in — their response was: “Oh… you had two?” and then asked me to wait another 1
The resturant was cozy. The staff was attentive and offered to teach you the authentic way to eat the khinkali. The Khinkali themselves were probably the best I've ever had. At the time, they only had Kalakuri and cheese Khinkali. The Kalakuri was juicy and very brothy and the cheese was very cheesy.
This place is literally amazing. How could one not give a 5 star review? Food is EXTREMELY high quality: you can taste that they use great ingredients, and the food is all homemade and fresh. Amazing traditional Georgian flavors. Obviously the Khinkali (Georgian dumplings) are amazing, but try the fresh made Lobiani (baked thin bread stuffed with beans). Not only that, but the prices are cheap! Staff is always kind and attentive - they always work efficiently. Food doesn't take long to come out.
